I like the simplistic layout; very easy to find what you're looking for. To elaborate on skinn's comments, I don't think I'd mess with the colors. I'd infact try something like chaning font types (like Tacoma or Verdana) or perhaps making all font bold. Just my two cents, and for the record, I build websites for a living.
