The Skin is Windowblinds with the skin "Obscurity, by mtechnik". you can get that here: [link]
The Cursor is Cursor XP, with the package "Point - Black, by BlueShock" which you can get here: [link]
The Icons use Icon Packager and are the ones that come witn the "Obscurity" Skin, and are also by mtechnik
and finnaly the wallpaper, which I modified to have the section you see there, the base image is "Hydra Promo, by Nuvem" which is here: [link]
